We had been trying to conceive for almost five years. My husband took FertilAid for three months and now I am pregnant! FertilAid certainly help it!

Tried FertilAid for Men with no improvement shown in 3 months in sperm motility. Asked doctor about it and he told me that ingredients list showed that it did not have enough L-carnitine, for one thing. He said studies suggest that amount of L-carnitine required to boost male fertility is measured in grams (The main study he quoted was 2 grams/day - sorry can't post the link to the study on Amazon; just search on Wikipedia for carnitine). FA4Men has less than a gram (in 3 capsule daily dosage) of a proprietary blend and only a portion of that is L-Carnitine (as L-Carnitine Tartrate - Tartrate is a salt of tartaric acid which is added to stabilize the L-Carnitine). I'm looking for a product with 2 - 3 grams of some form of Carnitine. It is expensive stuff in those amounts, though.

This FertilAid works. Only took a month and a half and we got pregnant. Our doctor told my wife and i that i had a low count. When my wife told me about this i just thought it was another multivitamin. i sat at my computer and read all the reviews and thought it would not hurt to try it. We ordered it in the beginning of January and we were pregnant in the middle of february. One thing, the plastic shell made me sick so i broke it open and put it in some applesauce. Other than that the product is good and it works... we are now 5 month pregnant and are due in October.

We got pregnant the first month with our first child. However, we've been trying for 16 MONTHS to get pregnant with a second child! I ordered these and my husband started taking them this month. We just found out last week that I'm pregnant! I think these made the difference!
